Please call the admissions offices at Central State Beauty Academy.  Your advisor will give you a tour of the school and provide information to help with your decision to enroll in one of our Cosmetology programs.

Applicants to Central State Beauty Academy must meet the following requirements:

Basic Cosmetology - Nail Technology - Skin Care Technology

• Be at least 18 years of age, if under 18 years of age, submit a photocopy of birth certificate or other legal proof of age 
• Have a valid high school diploma or GED
• Submit student application accompanied by a fee of $5.00 for registration with Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology.

Master Instructor Course

• Have met the above requirements
• Hold a current Oklahoma State Board License for Cosmetology, Esthetician/Facialist or Manicure/Nail Technology
• Have a High School Diploma or GED

**CSBA does not accept students by Ability-to-Benefit testing
