Bacteriology, sterilization and sanitation. Nail structure, composition, disorders & diseases. Manicuring, pedicuring and artificial nails including tips and wraps; related waxing and non permanent hair removal. Nail art.

Salon Development, Cosmetology Law

Rules and regulations, business administration and law, insurance professional ethics, record keeping, business telephone techniques, salesmanship, displays, and advertising, hygiene and public health.

Professionalism and shop management.

Completion of the course qualifies the graduate to take the Nail Technician examination administered by the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology.
